We will honor returns for orders placed on our website (excluding items noted as 'final sale' or items received as a gifting promotion) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in brand new unused condition, with all original product packaging (including tags), and any safety seals unbroken. If items are not returned in new, unused condition with all original product packaging including tags, they will be returned to you with no refund. Original order shipping charges will not be refunded. Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number. We are not responsible for your return until it is received at our distribution center.
After we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within 2 weeks.
To return items for the following reasons, please submit a ticket through our portal or you may use the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of our website Monday - Friday (8-4pm MST) to reach a live agent.
- Received items not ordered
- Defective/damaged product
- All airbed returns
For all other reasons, please print out a FedEx return label. You will need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
There is no cost for using the FedEx return label for sizing issues or if the product description is inaccurate. If you are returning a product for another reason, you will be charged $10.00 for using the FedEx return label. This will be deducted from your refund.
Place your product in the original shipping box, seal the box, attach the return label to the box, and drop off at any FedEx location.
If you need a different size, color, or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. Placing a new order before receiving your refund ensures that you will get your new item quickly, while the item is still in stock.
