PRO PROGRAM RULES
All Pro account customers must sign in to their account to view and receive applicable discounts in the cart.
1. Pro purchasing is for personal use only. You may not purchase product for friends, family, or co-workers. Sierra Designs reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if it appears that a member is abusing pro program benefits.
2. Pro purchasing privileges are valid for one year from approval date and are limited to a total value of $1200 MSRP per year. Violation of this limit will result in removal from the program.
3. Be discreet about your pro discount. Do not share, discuss, or advertise your pro affiliation.
4. If people ask about your Sierra Designs products, please refer interested customers to local shops and SierraDesigns.com.
5. Products purchased from Sierra Designs using your pro program benefits are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit at this time.
6 .Unless otherwise stated, pro orders are not eligible for free shipping offers.
7. Pro account information is not be shared. Pro orders must be for personal use only. Violation of this will result in removal from the program.
8. Subscription to Sierra Designs emails is a requirement of membership.
9. Specific products may be excluded from discount, and the pro discount may vary based on product & category.
10. Pro Discount does not apply to sale items.
