    1. perfect raingear

      packable, lightweight, functional,
very well finished, completely waterproof rain coat.
sierra design products have served me well through years of use.
and i am certain i will have years of use from this one.

    2. It's like wearing their Backcountry Quilt!

Very comfortable, well made and although yet to have tested would assume to be quite warm if other Sierra Designs products are any indication. Between this and the quilt I am steadily becoming a big fan of Sierra Designs! Thank you! on Sep 10th 2018

    3. Seems like a great light jacket

The jacket appears very well constructed like all Sierra products I've bought. It is very light weight and packable, the interior pockets are well placed with plenty of room. Sizing chart appears perfect for me and I couldn't beat the sale price. I would give it 4 stars however being July in Illinois I have not had a chance to test its warmth or wind resistance yet. Also important is the fact that my wife thinks I look very sharp while wearing it. on Jul 17th 2018

    4. Headed to Wheeler Peak

I picked this up for an upcoming 25 mile trek up (and over) Wheeler peak New Mexico. Initial impressions are it's very light and packable for a synthetic... Which is just what I was looking for. Another great product from Sierra Designs. on Jun 4th 2018

    5. Superlight, compressible, fits a little large

Looks good, fits decent, definitely a relaxed cut, not trim. on Mar 27th 2018

    6. Great deal.

The weight and how well this jacket compresses makes it an easy decision to throw it in the pack. The fit is perfect and the jacket is a great buy at $75. on Mar 14th 2018

    7. Purchased on the recommendation of BackPacker Magazine

I bought this for my pending section hike of the PCT and Mt Whitney. I have not been able to wear it yet below mid-30s where I live. This is my first Synthetic puffy. It takes just a little longer to trap heat and warm up than natural down. However, once warm it is great. The stitching, cuffs, zippers, kangaroo pocket and material are all great. It packs down wonderfully. I can't wait to be watching the Mt Whitney sunrise in this jacket this summer. on Feb 21st 2018

    8. Good Jacket, Great Price

Good quality jacket, well made and fits great. I have worn it in temps down into the teens and stayed warm. No down loss is a real plus. My only concern is the lack of insulation in the collar...seems thin. The price is great at $99.00, a steal at $75.00. Buy it! on Feb 12th 2018
