We loved the first backpacking weekend with the bag (bought for us as a wedding gift this summer)! We were up in the Sierras in California, so nighttime temps got down to high 30s low 40s. We were warm but not too warm! We liked all the features. We have different styles of camping pads (you slip them into the sleeping bag & there are buttons to securely hold them in), so sometimes we had a "gap" in between them of about an inch or more - and we tried to slide them back together. Overall it's a great bag - very well designed - and something that's a lot more fun than two separate bags! Tahnee on Aug 2nd 2016
I purchased the older version of this Sierra Designs bag. My wife and I regularly take an extensive motorcycle camping trip for our vacation. It’s as though Sierra Designs had moto-campers in mind when they designed this bag. It is light weight, compact and warm, three very important features for our moto-camping trips to cold climates. Plus it’s incredibly comfortable for a couple and with no zippers to fight with it’s an amazing bag. We recently returned from a 5400 mile, three-week trip. This bag was an exceptional addition to our gear, keeping our weight low on the bike and keeping us warm even when the temperatures plummeted to the 20s. Thank you for designing an extraordinary product. Karl on Jul 10th 2016
This bag is lighter than both my (zero-degree) and my husband's (15-year old, heavy, zero-degree) sleeping bags put together and packs smaller too. We have only tried it out once in very warm Colorado weather but so far it is great. I am not sure if it will hold up to colder weather camping situations but having two bodies will definitely help in colder weather. My guess is we will primarily use this for front country car camping and warm weather backpacking. Unknown on Jul 8th 2016
